Reflection Bay golf course in Henderson, Nevada, is getting great reviews from golfers following significant renovations. With an aggressive timeline, from May 30 – September 15, 2023, IGM resurfaced all greens, as well as fully renovated two practice greens to USGA specifications.
Amanda Fontaine, IGM’s golf course superintendent at The Ledges in Massachusetts, recently returned from a 10-day tour on the grounds crew for the U.S. Women’s Open in Pebble Beach, CA, the top-rated golf course in the country. She said it was “an awesome experience, but also hard, 10-hour days of day and night work on the course. It was no vacation.”

A perfect example is IGM’s relationship with the Bear Valley Springs Association. IGM’s golf course crew maintains the BVSA Oak Tree Golf Course, plus we employ a grounds crew to maintain landscaping, parks, and other amenities within the Association’s community. Most recently, it was all hands-on deck to complete a top-quality baseball field.
When the California Mojave Water District implemented a “cash for grass” program, Silver Lakes Country Club and IGM jumped on the opportunity to upgrade Silver Lakes to greater water efficiency standards. The renovation work at Rio Secco Golf Course in Henderson, Nevada is on-schedule and is set to reopen on October 10. IGM is proud of Jon and his team for achieving that goal!
